Kevin came out today and thoroughly explained everything to us. Tested our water and showed us the numbers. We purchased the TMC 100 unit and are excited to have it installed. Kevin is professional and real easy to talk with. Great personality!!!

Definitely glad I got that little piece of mail asking me to send in a sample of my water. Fast forward weeks later and I now have a whole house water softener, RO system, and Iron/Magnese system. Rain Soft saved us. Our family was drinking Nitrates for 2 months not knowing yikes! Huge shout out to Kelly for coming and staying so late and explaining everything so thoroughly to us. At the end of it all she didn't push all 3 of those things on us. I wanted all 3 of those systems. Also huge shout out to the technicians. Kelly came to the house to test my water and did an excellent job explaining the results and how a water softener would be very beneficial. She was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and was very professional and pleasant!

We had no idea how bad our water condition truly was until Kevin came and analyzed our water to show us how much Iron and Minerals were getting past our Softener that mind you was working just barely. Our water technician, Kelly Webb, was so caring and informative about all the water testing. There was no pressure to purchase more than what we needed. The installer was so nice, too, and did a great job. Our water is so much cleaner and safe to drink now. There is definitely peace of mind knowing that. The Wow gift box of soaps and cleaners is incredible!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out this amazing company! After dealing with hard water issues—spotty dishes, dry skin, etc I finally decided to invest in a water softener, and WOW, I wish I had done it sooner.

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The technician who came out for the consultation was super knowledgeable! He explained exactly how hard our water was (we’re on well water), and broke down how the system would work and what size we needed for our home.

Installation was quick and professional. They were respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves. It’s been a few weeks now, and I’m honestly blown away. Our water feels SO much better—softer, cleaner, and I’ve noticed my skin feels less dry and itchy. Plus, I’m using way less soap and detergent now, which is a bonus I didn’t even expect.

Also, major props to their customer service team—super friendly, responsive, and answered all my (many) questions without making me feel silly.

If you’re on the fence about getting a water softener, DO IT. And definitely go with this company—they truly care about their customers and stand behind their product. I feel like this was one of the best investments I’ve made for our home

Harrison came over to our house after dark, 2 hours away from home and he was still incredibly kind and informative. He stayed here and gave us a thorough explanation and testing of our water in what ended up being 2 hours of his time. I was happy to make the decision to go with RainSoft after that experience. I was not personally home for the installation but my wife said that our installer, Chris was very nice and professional. After coming home from work, I was like a kid at Christmas when I’d seen that it was installed very well. After reading through the manuals, I’m happy with the equipment we ordered and the company we ordered it through because everything appears to be very easy to understand and operate. I also can’t complain that we’re getting vouchers for 5 years worth of various soaps included as a promotional item with our softener and iron filter system. We’re both so happy we did it and wouldn’t have done it any differently.

We've had Blue Wolf's Rain Soft equipment in the house for an over and year now, I have to report that this company goes above and beyond for customer service. We live rurally and have numerous issues with our old farmhouse. Bill and the team have been super helpful, kind and considerate. They've made us feel supported and taken care of. Couldn't have went better. I was a little skeptical because my water was so terrible. Everyone was very helpful from the sales team all the way to the install guys. Harvey had answers for all my questions and taught me a lot. Chris did a fantastic job with the install, everything looks great! Can't believe the difference in my water!! Highly recommend them.

After hearing my results from the sample that I sent in I was so happy that they offered out further testing to get to know what was going on in my water. When the water specialist came out to my home he was very respectful and punctual. He walked me through every test he was doing at my kitchen sink. Made sure that all of my questions where answered to my satisfaction.
