Born and raised in Lansing, Art is a lifetime Michigander. He brings 5 plus years of water testing experience to our pack and enjoys helping customers fix their problem water. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife of 12 years and building things in his woodworking shop.
John is our New York transplant who brought his East Coast plumbing experience to ensure high quality installs for our Blue Wolf customers and his attention to detail is unmatched. Outside of Blue Wolf, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and working on his Honda.
Harrison came to us from the Deserts of Utah to the Greal Lakes of Michigan. Harrison has traveled a long way to join the Blue Wolf Team. Everywhere he goes his outgoing personality and drive to help others brings joy and knowledge to all those around him. Enjoys his free time with his daughter and exploring our Great State of Michigan.
Chris brings 8+ years of RainSoft experience and holds his team to high quality standards. Customers love his laid back personality and always willing to take the time to help solve their water issues and guarantee their peace of mind. In his spare time, he is very active with his two girls and their school as well as building and driving Rally cars.

Ryan comes to us from right here in our cute little town of Mason. This hometown boy has been in the water industry over ten years and brings with him a vast knowledge of water treatment. His down home to the point explanation of water helps customers understand their current situation and always finds a way to help them with a solution. When Ryan isn't helping customers have safer healthier water you will find him with his family on the water or on a dusty trail in the jeep.

After hearing my results from the sample that I sent in I was so happy that they offered out further testing to get to know what was going on in my water. When the water specialist came out to my home he was very respectful and punctual. He walked me through every test he was doing at my kitchen sink. Made sure that all of my questions where answered to my satisfaction.
It went excellent. The guys did an awesome job very professional.
Harrison came over to our house after dark, 2 hours away from home and he was still incredibly kind and informative. He stayed here and gave us a thorough explanation and testing of our water in what ended up being 2 hours of his time. I was happy to make the decision to go with RainSoft after that experience. I was not personally home for the installation but my wife said that our installer, Chris was very nice and professional. After coming home from work, I was like a kid at Christmas when I’d seen that it was installed very well. After reading through the manuals, I’m happy with the equipment we ordered and the company we ordered it through because everything appears to be very easy to understand and operate. I also can’t complain that we’re getting vouchers for 5 years worth of various soaps included as a promotional item with our softener and iron filter system. We’re both so happy we did it and wouldn’t have done it any differently.
We've had Blue Wolf's Rain Soft equipment in the house for an over and year now, I have to report that this company goes above and beyond for customer service. We live rurally and have numerous issues with our old farmhouse. Bill and the team have been super helpful, kind and considerate. They've made us feel supported and taken care of. This is a family run business who strives to make you feel a part of their family by making sure everything is tip top. You'll be in good hands with this company.
